DEMOLITION

This is a controlled method of disassembling components of a structure for reuse or repurpose for another project.

We can assist with the best method to retain or repurpose materials from a previous build and reuse them for a new build. It can be as simple as taking down a structure in a specified space or a complete demolition to provide a fresh canvass for a client’s new innovative design. Deconstruction is the first phase of a project. Then, at the client’s request, it can seamlessly lead into a build, as we have already established the condition of the space.

Fireproofing is an essential division of our services. A building space shared with another needs to be fire-resistant. Fireproofing helps to ensure that a fire is confined and will not spread. Ratings can vary from the amount of drywall used to specialized products.

At Deconstruct Inc., we use a fire spray and fire caulking to “seal” the tops and bottoms of the space to ensure a fire cannot break through. In addition, we have partnered and trained with Hilti to ensure our products and service are of the highest quality.

Commercial & Residential

Companies that require commercial makeovers and construction need to find a team that has the technical and firsthand experience. Projects of this scale present extra challenges compared to smaller residential projects.

The team must know how to modify existing structures and maintain structural integrity. Our project managers have the necessary experience to be able to work with all the sub-contractors who take care of the various aspects of the construction process.

Drywall

Drywall is the blank canvas for your space, we use quality materials and emphasis the importance of finishing work. Drywall taping needs skilled hands and knowledge to understand the timing of reapplication and amount of drywall mud required to achieve the desired level of finish.

Millwork

Installation of doors, door hardware, cabinet and shelving construction, cabinet hardware installation, door casing, baseboards and molding, and trim installation.

We can provide custom cutting of molding to any specific shape at the client’s request. For example, our team can provide a space with circular walls instead of the typical square shape with right angles. In addition, we have a talented group of Millwork personnel that can create baseboards to match the shape of any wall design.
